The Opportunity

We'relooking for a strategic, forward-thinking leader to build and lead Adobe India's University Hiring & Early Careers ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of talent, brand, and future skills-owning how we attract, hire, and develop top student talent across engineering, MBA, PhD, and design pipelines.

Beyond delivering hiring outcomes, you will shape Adobe's approach to AI-native and future-ready talent, while building deep partnerships with universities to strengthen our long-term talent pipeline-all in service of Adobe's mission to empower everyone to create.

WhatYou'llDo

Strategy, Leadership & Future Talent

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on early talent strategy and workforce planning

  • Define and lead India's university hiring and early careers strategy aligned to business priorities

  • Shape Adobe India's approachtoAI-native and future-ready talent, reimagininghiringand development for an evolving skills landscape.Focus onbuildingpractical GenAI/AI literacyinto campus partnerships/programs

  • Act as the voice of the student ecosystem, bringing outside-in insights from campuses to inform Adobe's future product thinking

Hiring, Talent Pipelines & Governance(Interns, Graduates & Apprentices)

  • Partner with business leaders,HRBP's ,Total Rewards & Global Teams onheadcount planning, demand forecasting, and campus strategy.

  • Build strong, diverse pipelines acrossEngineering, MBA, PhD, and design talent, aligned to business needs

  • Leverage data and governance to drive hiring effectiveness, insights, and continuous improvementwhereappropriatethroughAI-assistedworkflows

Programs, Engagement & Employer Brand

  • Drive innovative campaigns across digital, social, and on-campus channelsthat driveconversion and long-term success

  • Build differentiated university partnerships and engagement models

  • Elevate Adobe's campusbrand through compelling storytelling, aligned to our mission to empower everyone tocreate&positioningAdobe as anAI-forward employer

People Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive, high-impact culture

  • Evolve the team into an AI-aware, agile talent function-driving mindset shifts in how we hire, assess, and engage early talent in a rapidly changing landscape

What You Need to Succeed

  • 15-16 yrs ofexperience in university recruiting, early careerswithdemonstratedleadership impact

  • Proven ability to build and scale hiringandprogram ecosystems in India

  • Strong understanding of the India campus landscape across engineering, MBA, research, and design institutions

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • A clear point of view on AI, future skills, and the evolving nature of early talent
