Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Own complete Tamil Nadu sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Drive B2B & B2G sales – schools, colleges, academies, real estate, government tenders
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and partnerships
  • Handle high-value project discussions, negotiations, and closures
  • Identify new markets and expand regional business footprint
Revenue & Collections
  • Ensure 100% payment collections as per agreed timelines
  • Track outstanding payments and follow-ups with clients
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
  • Maintain strong control over cash flow and revenue realization
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales team (field + telesales)
  • Set KPIs, targets, and daily activity plans for team members
  • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance improvements
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Handle client escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Drive repeat business and referrals
Marketing & Branding
  • Support regional marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events
  • Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation activities
  • Strengthen brand visibility across Tamil Nadu
CRM & Reporting
  • Ensure complete usage of CRM for lead tracking, pipeline, and closures
  • Maintain accurate sales MIS, forecasts, and reports
  • Present weekly/monthly updates to management
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Execution teams
  • Ensure smooth project handover and execution timelines
  • Align sales commitments with delivery capabilities
Key Requirements
  • Strong experience in project sales / construction / infra / sports infra
  • Proven track record in target achievement & revenue generation
  • Experience in handling entire regional sales operations
  • Strong network in Tamil Nadu market
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Tamil language is mandatory
