Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead and manage the overall real estate development operations of the company. The candidate will be responsible for land acquisition, plotted development, project execution, statutory approvals, branch P&L, sales coordination, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and deep experience in the real estate industry, especially in plotted development and township projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall real estate business operations
- Handle land acquisition and project development activities
- Manage plotted development and township projects
- Ensure Maharashtra statutory approvals like MahaRERA and NA Conversion
- Oversee branch P&L and financial performance
- Drive project execution and timely delivery
- Manage sales coordination and revenue growth
- Build strong government and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor senior management teams
- Improve operational efficiency and business processes
- Develop strategic business expansion plans
- Maintain client, investor, and partner relationships
- Represent company in meetings, events, and strategic discussions
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Real Estate industry
- Strong experience in Land Acquisition and Plotted Development
- Experience in Township Development and Project Management
- Knowledge of MahaRERA, NA Conversion, and statutory approvals
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of Branch P&L and financial planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- B.Tech Civil required
- MBA preferred
- Experience in Maharashtra real estate market preferred
