Job Description & Summary
A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity program that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organizations, partners and customers. We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.
Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end delivery of GRC, Cyber Strategy, and data privacy engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.
· Conduct regulatory compliance reviews, risk assessments, and policy formulation for BFSI clients.
· Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
· Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities within engagements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement third-party risk management and compliance strategies.
· Provide expert advice on data privacy practices and utilize relevant tools and technologies.
· Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
· Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Strong experience in managing GRC, Cyber Strategy, and data privacy projects in the BFSI sector.
· Proven ability to conduct regulatory compliance assessments and develop policies.
· Excellent client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
· Demonstrated project management and PMO expertise.
· In-depth knowledge of third-party risk management and compliance tools.
· Strong communication and leadership abilities.
· Ability to handle multiple engagements and deliver results on time.
