- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with customer support software and chat platforms.
- Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with product-related queries.
