Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Success Associates for the Vivint Tech Support Chat Process at Transcom. This is a non-voice, work-from-office role focused on delivering world-class chat support to international customers. Ideal candidates must have strong command of the English language and at least 6 months of international process experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chat-based tech support to international clients.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain high accuracy and customer satisfaction levels.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate in any field; undergraduates are also eligible.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an Technical process.
- Skills: Excellent written communication and English fluency required.

Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 25,000-31,000 per month
