Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat, maintaining a friendly and helpful tone.
  • Resolve issues related to products, services, billing, or technical support as per company guidelines.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document chat interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse international customer needs.
  • Meet daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
  • Adhere to data protection and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Prior experience in chat support or customer service is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in international time zones (may include night shifts).
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat tools and CRM systems.
