Role Description
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant for a full-time, on-site position located in Akola. The Chartered Accountant will manage and oversee financial activities, including preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and managing audits. The individual will also prepare budgets, perform cost and revenue analyses, and provide financial forecasts and guidance to support the organization's strategic decision-making process. Collaborating with varied departments, the role plays a pivotal part in maintaining financial discipline and maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including experience with preparation of balance sheets and income statements
- Expertise in tax compliance, audit processes, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Knowledge of accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Additional Qualifications: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
- Chartered Accountant certification is required
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar energy industry is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
