Job Description

A fast-growing organisation in the Technology & Customer Experience Services sector, delivering cloud communications and enterprise support to B2B clients. The HR Admin Executive will operate onsite in India, supporting day-to-day people operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities for operational teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR administration: maintain employee records, prepare appointment and separation documentation, and ensure timely issuance of letters and contracts.
  • Coordinate payroll support: validate attendance, claims, tax declarations, and liaise with finance or external vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Operate and maintain HRIS data integrity; generate reports and dashboards to support managers and leadership decisions.
  • Support recruitment logistics: schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, manage background checks, and run onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Administer leave, attendance systems, shift rosters, and timesheet reconciliation for on-site staff.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, labour laws) and assist with audits, vendor coordination, and policy implementation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; proven HR administration experience in an operational environment.
  • Must-Have: Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
  • Must-Have: Practical knowledge of Indian statutory requirements: PF, ESI, TDS, and labour regulations.
  • Must-Have: Experience coordinating payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, and employee on/offboarding processes.
  • Preferred: Exposure to payroll software or vendors (GreytHR, ADP, Zoho People) and HRMS integrations.
  • Preferred: HR certification (SHRM/PHR) or diploma in personnel management; prior experience in technology or BPO/operations environments.
