Role Description
This is a full-time Channel Sales Manager role based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying, building, and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and expand market presence. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, collaborating with partners to meet revenue targets, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and activate distributors and dealers in assigned territories
Build strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders
- Train partners on product positioning, usage, and sales approach
- Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors
- Ensure regular order cycles, stock movement, and territory coverage
- Support partners in closing key B2B accounts (HoReCa, FM, institutions)
- Expand SOLVIS® ecopower's footprint into new cities and segments
- Map territories and identify high-potential markets
- Execute go-to-market strategies at the ground level
- Implement pricing strategies, margins, and discount structures
- Monitor distributor profitability and ensure healthy business economics
- Support negotiations and close bulk / institutional deals
- Track sales performance, targets, and pipeline across partners
- Monitor distributor KPIs, stock levels, and reorder frequency
- Provide regular updates on market feedback, competition, and growth opportunities
- Conduct joint sales visits with distributors
- Support product demos, trials, and client onboarding
- Ensure visibility and brand presence in the market
Qualifications
- Expertise in Channel Sales, with proven experience in building and maintaining successful partnerships
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and delivering high-quality Customer Service
- Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and align strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the cleaning products or FMCG industry is a plus
