Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Portfolio Manager. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, analyzing market trends, and advising clients on optimal trading and investment strategies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, developing financial models, and creating tailored investment plans to meet client objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate Portfolio Management, Investments.
- Proficiency in Client interaction and cold calls
- Strategic decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Experience with B2C Sales modeling
- Aptitude for growth and incentives
Responsibilities
- Call and prospect new clients on a daily basis.
- Meet with clients, including weekends, to build relationships.
- Ensure proper and timely follow-ups with all prospects.
- Work toward and achieve set targets consistently
