Job Title: Channel Sales Head

Role Objective:
Drive aggressive revenue growth through a high-performing channel partner network. Own the entire channel sales function including partner productivity, closures, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver channel sales targets for Bengaluru
- Build, scale, and activate a strong network of high-quality channel partners
- Drive site visits, conversions, and closures through strict follow-up mechanisms
- Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure accountability across partners and team
- Identify gaps in funnel (leads, visits, closures) and take immediate corrective actions
- Push for higher productivity from existing partners while onboarding new ones
- Work closely with marketing to ensure consistent lead flow and ROI
- Lead from the front in closures and critical negotiations
Candidate Profile:
- 8–15 years of hardcore channel sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to handle pressure, drive numbers, and manage underperformance
- Strong command over partner handling, negotiations, and closures
- High ownership mindset with execution focus
Non-Negotiables:
- Target-driven mindset is a must
- 6-day working; availability on weekends/public holidays
- Bengaluru market experience preferred
