Channel Sales Manager ( Individual Contributor )

Role Overview

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling Truwws channel partner ecosystem. This role focuses on recruiting strategic partners, driving referred customer visits, enabling partners for success, and delivering consistent revenue growth through channel-led sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding

Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new strategic channel partners to expand market reach and distribution.

  • Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term, high-impact relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained engagement and performance.

  • Channel Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute channel sales strategies, joint business plans, and growth initiatives aligned with Truwws business goals.

  • Training & Partner Enablement

Equip partners with the right tools, product knowledge, sales collateral, and training to help them sell effectively.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive revenue through partner-led opportunities, manage deal registrations, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Referred Customer Meetings

Ensure consistent generation of customer visits through CP-referred leads and track conversions.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track partner performance using defined KPIs, analyze trends, and share regular performance reports.

  • Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Sales / Alliances
  • Experience working with CPs, brokers, referral partners, or distribution-led sales models
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through indirect sales channels
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in real estate, home interiors, construction, or allied industries is a plus
