Job Description

Summary:

We are a Retail specialist Solution Provider promising Business Efficiency metrics through AI-led Recommendations and actionable Analytics, with Retail and AI expertise garnered over 17 years, and having reputed client success stories and testimonials.

We are currently seeking to hire dynamic and driven Sales executives for accelerated customer acquisition and revenue multiplication in the Retail sector in India and the Middle East.

You would be an outgoing and natural salesperson, with primary skills of being an extroverted people's person and power networker, and with existing connects with decision-makers in mid to large sized Retail companies, and self-motivation to take complete ownership of the accounts initiated by or assigned to you, with full autonomy to drive them home. Prior experience in Enterprise Tech Sales to the Retail industry is a must.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build deep understanding of the BIRetail.AI suite of product offerings, including its value proposition to Retailers and core differentiators from competitive solutions, and with clear articulation skills to communicate the same to the target audience.
  • Be responsible for end to end sales cycle from Acquisition Strategy, Lead Generation and Qualification, Sales outreach, Relationship Building, Product demo, Establishing value to multiple stakeholders, Negotiations, to Sales Closure and Contract sign-off.
  • Create, Build & grow strong sales pipeline in coordination with the Marketing, Digital and Inside Sales teams.
  • Manage a small team of Sales executives and Inside Sales team towards achievement of goals.
  • Plan and conduct efficient customer discovery sessions in order to construct the sales pitch effectively.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships as a trusted advisor to customers through sound domain knowledge and therefore sell business value.
  • Participate and represent BIRetail.AI at various external events, forums to build the status of a trusted advisor on all things AI and Analytics.
  • Identify competition and build proactive action plan
  • Ensuring timely update on CRM. Ensure Forecast accuracy by effectively managing the pipeline

Desired Skills:

  • Natural Sales person, extrovert, power networker
  • 8-12 years of established track record in B2B Tech Sales to the Indian Retail Industry and an undying pursuit of customer delight
  • Proven record of achieving Sales Targets
  • Must have a strong network of clients & connections in the Retail Industry
  • Must have pitched to C level executives in marketing/product or technology domain of traditional companies
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to establish strategic business value
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized & self-motivated
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, within India and overseas
  • Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience also considered
