Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Certified Pilates Instructor at Tone30 Pilates India's leading Pilates centre .The instructor will be responsible for leading group exercise classes and individual Pilates sessions, designing personalized fitness plans, promoting physical therapy principles, ensuring client safety, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include tracking client progress, maintaining a welcoming studio environment, and collaborating with colleagues to promote wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise to effectively design and guide sessions
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles for promoting safe and effective movement
- Experience in Teaching and conducting fitness or wellness sessions
- Strong Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide a welcoming environment
- Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate clients and adapt programs to diverse fitness levels
- Passion for health and a commitment to promoting overall well-being
