RedNerds builds 40+ proprietary robotics and electronics products.

We need one person close to the CEO who ensures the system runs with clarity, urgency, and closure.

You are not managing the floor. You are making sure nothing breaks, nothing slows, nothing stays open.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

— Loop closure across manufacturing — every single day

— Production planning — structured, sequenced, precise

— AI-driven tracking, escalation, and ops intelligence

— NPI handoffs, vendor coordination, dispatch timelines

— Reporting discipline across teams — enforced, not requested

WHO THIS IS FOR

— Competent — you understand systems, not just tasks

— Electronics or robotics background — academic or hands-on
