Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer Associate to join the Real Estate Infrastructure SC department. The role involves supporting the design team in creating functional, innovative, and cost-effective interior spaces for real estate projects while ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop interior design concepts aligned with project requirements.
  • Drawings & Renderings: Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings for interior spaces.
  • BOQ & Quantity Estimation: Prepare Bills of Quantities and detailed quantity take-offs based on finalized working layouts.
  • Material Selection: Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that meet design intent, functionality, and budget constraints.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure accurate execution of design plans.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to review progress, resolve design-related issues, and provide on-site guidance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and best practices relevant to real estate projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field

Experience Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in interior design
  • Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure projects is preferred

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
  • Working knowledge of building codes and interior design regulations
