This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Event Production Specialist. The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of weddings and related events, coordinating with in-house vendors and team members, managing schedules, ensuring logistical efficiency, and adhering to budgets. The Event Production Specialist will also ensure that clients expectations are met or exceeded by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the event planning and delivery process.

• Proficiency in Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
• Strong Communication skills, including relationship management and client interaction excellence.
• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning to manage event costs effectively within client requirements.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Prior experience in the wedding or event industry is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with vendor management, timeline creation, and logistical planning is an advantage.
