Role Mandate

Lead the category with full P&L ownership — drive growth through sharp assortment, strong seller ecosystem and disciplined execution within platform guardrails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Business: end-to-end P&L ownership- driving GMV, margin expansion, and profitability.
  • Build Assortment: Create depth, freshness and trend-right selection with strong competitive parity.
  • Scale Seller Ecosystem: Build, scale and manage a high-quality vendor ecosystem, negotiating commercials and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Drive customer Metrics: Improve conversion, availability, pricing competitiveness and overall customer experience.
  • Cross Functional leadership: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, product and analytics to unlock growth.
  • Data-led Decisions: Identify gaps, trends and opportunities; convert insights into measurable outcomes.
  • Performance Management: Track and improve key metrics: Selection, GMV, margin, conversion, availability, Price Competitive, Trend first, Timely Season launches.
  • Lead and build high-performing teams by driving a performance-first culture, setting clear goals, enabling execution, and developing talent for scale

Candidate Profile: Overall 8-10 years of experience in Fashion Marketplace business.

  • Builder mind-set: Passion to create, scale, and transform businesses — not just manage them
  • Ownership: Track record of delivering results with full P&L accountability (growth + profitability)
  • Moves fast, takes decisions in ambiguity, and drives execution with urgency
  • Deep dive orientation: Strong analytical rigor; comfortable getting into details to solve problems
  • Team leadership: Experience in leading and enabling high-performing teams
  • E-commerce/fashion experience: Understanding of assortment, pricing, and marketplace dynamics is preferred
