This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Case Assessor. The Case Assessor will conduct detailed reviews of case files, evaluate claims for validity, and analyze supporting documents. Responsibilities include working closely with forensic experts, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and preparing comprehensive reports based on findings. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company protocols and legal standards throughout the case assessment process.

• Strong analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to assess claim validity and investigate case details
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation, with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of forensic methodologies and legal frameworks, specifically related to insurance claims
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Educational background in forensic science, law, insurance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in insurance claims, legal processes, or forensic investigation would be an advantage
