Apprentice

Eligibility criteria to be engaged as an apprentice: 

• Must be graduates in non-technical fields (BA, BBA, B.Sc., B. Com, etc) 

• Graduation completion must be after 01/04/2023 

• Must be freshers (no full-time work experience) 

• Must not be engaged as an apprentice in any other organisation 

• Must not be pursuing any post-graduation degree 

Responsibilities of an apprentice: 

• The purpose of apprenticeship program is to provide skilling opportunities via on the-job training. 

• They are supposed to shadow and assist our sales managers in sourcing leads for 3-in-1 account (savings, demat and trading account) by liasoning with the bank team. 

• They will be operating out of bank branches of ICICI Bank and are expected to build rapport with the RMs of ICICI Bank. 

• They will be required to visit multiple branches of ICICI Bank on a daily basis. 

• They will be handling sales processes and customer onboarding under the guidance of sales managers and regional heads. 

• They will also be handling after sales support to customers and the bank team with the sales managers. 

• Ensure right product is advised and sold to customers and the customer's needs are kept on priority while servicing them. 

• Ensure KYC guidelines are followed by checking all the documents received from customers. 

Tenure: 1 year from the date of joining .
