Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data for accurate property valuations.

- Prepare detailed analysis and documentation to support valuation findings.
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss valuation methodologies and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and presentation skills to articulate valuation findings clearly.
- Understanding of property laws and regulations in India.
