Job Summary
The Care Taker / Caregiver is responsible for providing
personal care and daily assistance to patients, elderly individuals, or people with special needs. The role requires compassion, patience, and the ability to support physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to supervisors or medical staff.
- Provide basic healthcare support (medication reminders, hygiene care).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient surroundings.
- Support elderly or patients with mobility and personal care needs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- High School / Basic education.
- Caregiver or nursing assistant certification is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Caregiver / Care Taker.
- Experience in home care, hospital, or elderly care preferred.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of personal care and hygiene.
- Good communication skills (English preferred).
- Ability to handle patients with care and respect.
