Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile All Rounder Chef for a full-time, on-site role located in Hubli-Dharwad. The role involves preparing and presenting a variety of dishes, maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance, and collaborating with the kitchen team to develop creative menus. The Chef will also oversee inventory management and assist with training junior kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in food preparation, menu planning, and efficient execution of culinary techniques
• Knowledge of food safety practices, hygiene standards, and proper kitchen maintenance
• Ability to create diverse recipes, adapt to various cuisines, and demonstrate creativity in cooking
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively within the kitchen team
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
