Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Therapist located in Kolkata. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for performing various spa treatments, including facials and pedicures, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and tranquil environment, preparing treatment areas, and tailoring services to meet individual client needs. Collaboration with the spa team to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in performing spa treatments, including facials and pedicures
- Expertise in cosmetology, with knowledge of skincare and beauty practices
- Strong customer service abilities and a passion for creating a comfortable client experience
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in spa therapy or cosmetology is preferred
- Prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is a plus
