Role Description

We are seeking a Captain to join The Fisherman's Wharf team in a full-time on-site position located in North Goa. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure a superior guest experience. Responsibilities include managing and training service staff, coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service, maintaining hygiene standards, handling guest inquiries and concerns professionally, and ensuring seamless service during operational hours. You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dining experience while upholding the brand's standard of quality and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address guest inquiries effectively
• Knowledge of food and beverage service practices and hospitality standards
• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining hygiene and service quality
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Basic understanding of inventory management and restaurant operations is a plus
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
