Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for sales enrollments and managing sales in the city.
  2. Conduct market research and create a list of prospective customers.
  3. Lead and motivate team members to achieve better sales performance.
  4. Ensure team members actively participate in market activities for enrollments and regular usage.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any specialization; Postgraduate preferred.
  2. Strong networking skills and willingness to travel extensively in the specified areas.
  3. Experience in managing a geographic sales area and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  4. Proven track record of managing category leads from qualification to closure in B2B sales.
