Role : Call Center Specialist

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)

Work Mode: Work from Office (No Remote / Hybrid Option)

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Shift: 8-hour rotational shifts

Joining Timeline Immediate joiners preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to manage inbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system/CRM
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures during calls

Requirements

  • Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Good command of English communication (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle inbound service processes and customer queries
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with CRM tools or ticketing systems
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Good listening and customer-handling skills
