Job Role
As a
Tele-counsellor , you will be the first point of contact for potential students. Your primary goal will be to explain our professional courses and convert leads into visits/enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential leads.
- Counseling: Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to students and parents.
- Lead Management: Maintain a daily record of calls and follow up with interested leads.
- Query Resolution: Answer questions about fees, duration, and placement support professionally.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Education: Undergraduate/Graduate in any stream.
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Soft Skills: Convincing power, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
