Tele-counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-counselor based in Vadodara. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about courses and programs, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the admission process. The role also includes maintaining records of communication, following up with potential candidates, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote educational programs.

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with students and parents
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism
• Basic understanding of marketing and client handling, with sales or counseling experience considered a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for managing and maintaining communication records
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a results-driven environment
• Relevant educational background and experience in counseling or student engagement is desirable
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages is preferred
