Description

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and clients.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on sales forecasts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets (4-7 years).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
