We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and the ability to effectively communicate our products value propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and contracts.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
