Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive - Inside Sales / IT Sales to be based in Ahmedabad. This full-time, on-site role is critical for driving sales growth by focusing on lead generation, maintaining exceptional client communication, delivering top-tier customer service, and demonstrating software products to prospective clients, particularly for markets outside India.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., online research, industry databases, social media).
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Client Communication:
- Maintain effective and professional communication with clients via phone, email, and other digital platforms.
- Actively listen to understand client needs and effectively provide tailored software solutions.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt follow-up.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Sales Growth:
- Drive sales initiatives vigorously to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, particularly in international markets.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely and collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
- Provide support and guidance to junior sales team members, contributing to their development.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor key sales metrics and prepare regular, insightful reports on sales performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and uncover new opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in IT sales and business development.
- Actively seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to grow within the role.
- Contribute to the preparation of product literature for effective company brand building.
- Product Demonstration:
- Conduct compelling demonstrations of the company's software products to both customers and prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.
Required Experience & Preferences
- Experience: The candidate must have hands-on experience marketing Software as a Service (SaaS) products effectively to markets outside India.
- Communication Skills: Schooling in English Medium is preferred, along with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are compulsory.
