Sales Executive Job Description
Position: Sales Executive
Location: District-level (Rajasthan and nearby regions)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager
Objective of the Role:
To drive primary and secondary sales by onboarding new Distributors, retailers, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring effective product visibility in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Market Visits:
- Visit 510 retail outlets daily within the assigned beat/area.
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery through distributors.
- Retailer Relationship Management:
- Build strong connections with shop owners and retail staff.
- Ensure repeat orders and promote brand loyalty.
- Product Placement & Visibility:
- Place branding materials (posters, danglers, stickers, etc.)
- Ensure products are properly shelved and visible.
- New Retailer Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard at least 5+ new Distributors / retailers every Month.
- Reporting:
- Share daily sales report via WhatsApp or CRM.
- Submit beat plan, outlet coverage, and order summary.
- Market Feedback:
- Collect and report competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and feedback from Distributors / Retailers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 2-3 years (Fresher with good communication also considered)
- Skills:
- Good communication (Hindi + Local Language)
- Basic understanding of sales, distribution, and retail network
- Own two-wheeler with valid license and smartphone is mandatory
