Sales Executive Job Description

Position: Sales Executive

Location: District-level (Rajasthan and nearby regions)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Objective of the Role:

To drive primary and secondary sales by onboarding new Distributors, retailers, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring effective product visibility in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Market Visits:
  • Visit 510 retail outlets daily within the assigned beat/area.
  • Take orders and ensure timely delivery through distributors.
  1. Retailer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong connections with shop owners and retail staff.
  • Ensure repeat orders and promote brand loyalty.
  1. Product Placement & Visibility:
  • Place branding materials (posters, danglers, stickers, etc.)
  • Ensure products are properly shelved and visible.
  1. New Retailer Acquisition:
  • Identify and onboard at least 5+ new Distributors / retailers every Month.
  1. Reporting:
  • Share daily sales report via WhatsApp or CRM.
  • Submit beat plan, outlet coverage, and order summary.
  1. Market Feedback:
  • Collect and report competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and feedback from Distributors / Retailers.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience: 2-3 years (Fresher with good communication also considered)
  • Skills:
  • Good communication (Hindi + Local Language)
  • Basic understanding of sales, distribution, and retail network
  • Own two-wheeler with valid license and smartphone is mandatory

Salary & Benefits:
