Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to analyze, design, and implement business transformation strategies within TDO processes.
Assess current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Define target operating models and process frameworks aligned with business and technology objectives.
Drive process standardization, automation, and performance improvements using data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end transformation solutions.
Ensure compliance with client policies, governance frameworks, and operational excellence standards.
Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
Contribute to business cases, transformation roadmaps, and performance tracking metrics.
