Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, is for a Business Development Manager who will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the brand's reach. Responsibilities include managing partnerships, developing strategic sales plans, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver value-driven solutions to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit salons and identify potential clients across assigned areas
2. Build and maintain relationships with salon owners and dealers
3. Generate qualified leads through field activities and networking
4. Conduct live demos of the nail art printing machine
5. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
6. Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in face-to-face selling and product demonstrations
