The Opportunity
Evolute Group is looking for high-impact Senior Business Development Executives to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across its Fintech, Embedded Solutions, and Manufacturing businesses.
This role goes beyond traditional sales—it requires a consultative, solution-oriented mindset to unlock wallet share, drive cross-selling across business lines, and build long-term partnerships with key clients.
The ideal candidate will act as a business owner for assigned accounts, identifying new opportunities, bundling solutions, and driving revenue growth through deep customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Strategic Responsibilities:
- Own and grow strategic/key accounts across BFSI, fintech, and enterprise segments
- Drive account mining to maximize wallet share across Evolute's ecosystem
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, bundling, and integrated solutions
- Build strong CXO-level relationships and position Evolute as a strategic partner
- Develop and execute account growth plans and revenue strategies
- Collaborate with internal business units to create customized solutions for clients
- Track industry trends, competition, and client need to proactively drive opportunities
- Functional Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle for assigned accounts
- Lead client discussions, presentations, and solution pitches
- Coordinate with product, delivery, and operations teams for seamless execution
- Drive revenue growth, order closures, and pipeline management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare account reviews, forecasts, and performance reports
- Negotiate commercials and contracts in alignment with business objectives
To qualify for the role, you must have –
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales / key account management
- Strong exposure to BFSI, fintech, payments, or enterprise hardware/software solutions
- Proven track record in handling large/strategic accounts
- Experience in cross-selling / up-selling / solution selling
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Experience in solution bundling across hardware + software + services
- Existing relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or enterprise clients
