Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Recruiter role based in Shimla. The selected candidate will lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with hiring managers to design job descriptions and recruitment strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, organizing recruitment events, and ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise, including sourcing, screening, and networking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates and hiring teams
• Experience in conducting interviews and creating job descriptions
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open roles effectively
• Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with recruitment in non-profit organizations or women-focused initiatives is a plus
