Business Product - Credit Card & Merchant Loan

Job Description:

• Managing relationships with Banks/ NBFCs / Fintech for various types of MSME loans (retail segment), credit cards and wealth management products
• Responsible for business volumes, profitability and ensuring scale-up of Product
• Full responsibility of running your product end-end
• Responsible for market landscape, process, partners, business model, partners, tech journey etc
• Liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations, policies and expectation setting
• Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information exchange with all stakeholders
• Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them and accountable for delivery on business. Own the P&L at product level
• Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, outbound and inbound campaign development etc
• Monitor portfolio quality on regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps
• Design new products working closely with partners for specific client segments to grow the business
• Close process, product, agreements etc between stakeholders including legal and compliance

Skill Set

• 3-6 years of experience in lending partner management role in fintechs, NBFCs and Banks
• Should have understanding of market segmentation and lender wise offerings in various products
• Exposure towards small ticket business loan, end-use restricted business loans, underwriting policies is encouraged
• Experience in lender PnL creation would be added advantage
• MBA from Tier-1 institute
