Business AI Transformation Consultant

What you'll do

Design and build AI/ML solutions that accelerates the adoption of S/4HANA Business AI portfolio

Develop a deep understanding the existing embedded business AI usecases and collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and identify where AI can deliver the highest value.

Translate the business challenges into AI-driven outcomes, defining clear success metrics and expected benefits.

  • Min 6+yrs experience
  • Working knowledge of S/4HANA business processes (such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Sales), with the ability to translate functional requirements into AI-driven use cases and data models.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP environments, including working with SAP data sources (e.g., CDS views, OData, APIs, BADis, Adapters)
  • Strong ability to collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders, identify high-value AI use cases in S/4HANA, and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Utilize SAP BTP services such as SAP Generative AI Hub, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Business Services, SAP Integration Suite etc to develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience working with SAP Build, Joule Studio, Joule skills, Low Code No code, Joule Agents and Code based agent developments.
  • An AI Powered Mindset, Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and SAP Fiori application development
  • Experience building Generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and prompt engineering.
  • Front End Knowledge in Javascript, HTML, Fiori Web components (desirable), calling APIs
  • Strong proficiency in Python working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is advantageous.
  • Experience working with vector databases, semantic retrieval, and knowledge graph integrations
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent
  • Experience implementing agentic workflows, tool integration, and multi-agent collaboration patterns

Preferred Skills:

  1. SAP Certified- SAP Generative AI Developer.
  2. Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and extensions using SAP BTP.
