Job Overview

Develops and deploys procurement processes and systems, ensures compliance in audits, and runs reports on procurement-related data.

Looking for a motivated Process Analyst to support process improvement and digital enablement initiatives within the Global Procurement Business Process Team.

The candidate will support process optimization efforts, help develop data driven insights, and build or enhance digital workflows. They will work closely with global stakeholders to help document, analyze, and improve procurement processes.

Key Responsbilities

  • 3+ years of experience in process analysis, operations, procurement, analytics, or a related role.
  • Support process improvement initiatives using Lean and basic Six Sigma tools.
  • Analyze process and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and standard work instructions
  • Build and maintain simple workflows and digital solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, and related automation tools
  • Leverage AI enabled tools and analytics to support efficiency analysis, reporting, and insight generation
  • Support future state process design activities and participate in implementation and testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with global procurement stakeholders to ensure processes and tools are understood and adopted.

Desired Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred (Green Belt a plus, but not required).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience working with data.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
  • Experience or exposure to low code / no code tools such as Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, or similar platforms.
  • Some coding exposure (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar), including interest in tools such as Streamlit for data visualization or workflow support.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
  • Detail oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast paced, evolving organization.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
