Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Executive will engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their financing needs and promote appropriate loan products, including vehicle, gold, personal, and small business loans. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting field visits, explaining product features and terms, and supporting customers throughout the application and documentation process. The role also involves coordinating with branch teams and credit operations to ensure timely processing, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and achieving assigned sales and collection targets. The Business Executive will monitor market trends and competitor activities, provide feedback to management, and uphold all regulatory, compliance, and company policy standards while delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, customer acquisition, cross-selling, and target achievement.
  • Customer relationship and service skills, such as active listening, needs assessment, problem-solving, and post-sales support.
  • Basic financial understanding related to loan products, documentation, KYC requirements, and credit-related processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in the field, manage time effectively, and handle a high-activity environment.
  • Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; a background in finance, business, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, microfinance, or field sales roles is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated learners.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and mobile applications for customer onboarding, data entry, and reporting.
