We're Hiring | Business Development Manager Partnerships & Lead Generation

Location: Delhi / NCR

YES Germany is looking for a dynamic Business Development Professional to drive strategic growth through lead generation and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate quality leads through strategic outreach and networking

Develop partnerships and collaborations with universities, colleges, and educational institutions

Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the education and tech ecosystem

Explore opportunities for campus collaborations, seminars, and student engagement programs

Expand YES Germany's presence across Delhi / NCR colleges and universities

Maintain and leverage strong professional networks to create new business opportunities

Requirements:

Experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Institutional Sales

Strong network and connections with universities and colleges in Delhi / NCR

Candidates from Tech / EdTech / Education industry will be preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proven experience in lead generation and partnership development

Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree.
