Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales (AEC industry preferred). This is a revenue-driven role focused on driving business growth through client acquisition, conversion, and retention, primarily within the USA market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

You will leverage your expertise in CRM tools, industry knowledge, and sales experience to acquire new clients, nurture existing relationships, and ensure sustained revenue growth. As a Senior BDE, you will take on a more strategic role in driving business initiatives, strengthening client partnerships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals, with a primary focus on revenue generation and USA-based client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand business.
  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients while building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and project teams, to customize solutions that address client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and service terms, ensuring favorable outcomes while maximizing business revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development executives, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.
  • Provide post-sale support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and strengthening long-term relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business leads.

Skills & Competencies

  • 35 years of experience in business development or sales (AEC industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales processes and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, client acquisition strategies, and revenue generation.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, securing long-term partnerships, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to guide and support a team of business development professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor data, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Client-focused approach with a strong ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
