About The Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced BDS / Sales Development Representative (B2B sales or BD experience) preferably within the AEC industry. This is a revenue-focused position responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, pipeline development, and relationship management in the USA market.

The ideal candidate will possess strong international sales experience (US/UK), expertise in CRM platforms, and the ability to close deals independently. Senior BDEs will take on added responsibilities for strategic growth initiatives and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

Lead the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and outreach to pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.

Focus on acquiring new clients in the USA market, expanding the organization's footprint.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enter new markets and meet revenue targets.

Consistently track, manage, and nurture a solid sales pipeline with measurable outcomes.

Client Relationship Management

Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Provide consultative solutions tailored to client needs.

Deliver post-sale support to ensure client retention and long-term partnerships.

CRM & Reporting

Utilize CRM tools such as Zoho for lead tracking, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity, performance metrics, and communication logs.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing, technical, and project delivery teams to tailor solutions.

Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.

Coordinate proposals, contracts, and service agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.

Market Intelligence

Conduct regular market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Gather client feedback and collaborate with leadership to refine offerings and sales strategies.

Leadership (Senior BDE Role)

Mentor and guide junior business development team members.

Share best practices and contribute to overall sales strategy formulation.

Experience

Required Skills & Competencies

35 years in business development or B2B sales.

International sales (US/UK) experience is mandatory.

AEC industry exposure is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline building, and revenue generation.

Sales & Communication Skills

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to influence senior-level executives and decision-makers.

Professional Competencies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and client insights.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
