This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Specialist will be tasked with identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients. Daily responsibilities will include initiating and maintaining communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and supporting business growth initiatives to achieve company objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess opportunities and market trends
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the interior design or related industries is a plus
