About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, converting prospects into clients, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
- Present company services/products and conduct effective sales pitches.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) for proposal creation.
- Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and track daily sales activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for the management team.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings and discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BDE or business development (IT / Digital Marketing / Software sales preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn, lead generation tools, etc.
- Graduation or equivalent qualification.
