Reporting To: Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, converting prospects into clients, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms.
  • Identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
  • Present company services/products and conduct effective sales pitches.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) for proposal creation.
  • Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and track daily sales activities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for the management team.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BDE or business development (IT / Digital Marketing / Software sales preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn, lead generation tools, etc.
  • Graduation or equivalent qualification.
