This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Specialist will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, strategize business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities also include identifying growth areas, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the development of effective sales strategies to drive revenue.

• Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development or a related role is advantageous
