Job Description

You will be the primary driver for defining requirements and identifying opportunities for innovation. Your day-to-day will involve:

Requirements Management: Coordinate with decision-makers and end-users to document business requirements and system goals, translating them into detailed user stories for development squads.

Strategic Research: Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry trend analysis to identify market shifts and regulatory impacts.

Process Design: Lead design sessions to prototype new systems that enhance business processes and information flow.

Performance Insights: Evaluate operational and financial KPIs to identify inefficiencies and develop data-backed business cases for process improvements or new business models.

Sprint Collaboration: Work closely with development leads on sprint planning, refinement, and execution to ensure goals are met effectively.

Stakeholder Communication: Prepare strategy reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Functional Training: Provide product/platform training to development teams and assist in business knowledge transfer during onboarding.

What Experience You Need

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within IT projects for the financial, banking, or credit bureau domains.
