Summary:

As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that the software meets the needs of the organization effectively and efficiently. You will engage with various teams to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

- Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.

- Experience with business process design and application requirements analysis.

- Ability to customize software solutions to meet specific business needs.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

- This position is based at our Mumbai office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
